Our printer, a Minolta model, encounters issues when the 'from' address differs from the authentication username. Currently, the SMTP username is automatically generated and cannot be changed, which causes problems for us. It would be beneficial if we could change the SMTP username to match our email address, such as noreply@domain.at , to avoid these issues.

I would like to have the ability to add a global BCC address for every email sent via SMTP through MailerSend. This feature would allow me to specify an address that automatically receives a BCC of every email processed through MailerSend's SMTP server, ensuring consistent tracking and archiving of all outgoing emails.

I am unable to use your service because it only supports TLS over port 587. Many services, including my current provider, use SSL over port 465. It would be beneficial if your service could support SSL over port 465 to accommodate users like me who face limitations with the current setup.
