Add-on for having more SMTP users

Only being able to add 5 SMTP users per domain on the Starter plan is currently very limiting for us.
We don't have the volume, but we have a lot of devices that should have independent credentials.
It would be nice if we could have the option to increase the limit as an add-on.

We’ll take this back to the team to review the possibility of an add-on to increase the SMTP user limit, and we’ll get back to you once we have an update.
