CC & BCC recipients receive as many email copies as there are TO recipients

Example:
When there’s one more recipient, CC and BCC recipients will receive 2 copies of the same message: Here "cc@mail.com" will receive 2 copies of the same message (i.e. as many copies as the number of recipients) even when there’s no advanced or simple personalization included.
RECOMMENDATION:
Send email copies to BCC and CC recipients only when personalization is present.

I noticed that some emails in my activity list have duplicates. It would be beneficial to have a feature that filters out duplicate emails, showing only unique entries. This would make it easier to manage and review the emails sent.

- Are there specific criteria you use to identify duplicates, or should the system rely on exact email matches?
