Increase number of webhooks in Hobby

Unfortunately going to a $35,- plan (with 50k emails) when still doing less than 100 emails a month is not realistic. I'm happy to upgrade to the hobby plan for it. But that's about it. So I do have a kindly feature request to add a 2nd webhook to the hobby plan. Would you be so kind to check with the team if this is possible? We are building a new SaaS solution from the ground up without budgets, as soon as it starts working upgrading is not a problem, but in this stage it is. $7,- a month is really the max for us.
