With previous mailing services we’ve had the ability to enable link tracking (where raw links are rewritten to allow for tracking clicks) on a per-email basis. We noticed that in MailerSend this is an account-level setting. This means that we can’t enable link tracking for email 1, and then disable it for email 2. Can you confirm that our understanding is correct (that link tracking is an account-level setting and not a per-email setting)?
For more context: We generally disable link tracking on emails which have a mobile deep-link in them (which opens our product mobile app when tapped). We’ve found that with link tracking enabled deep-linking doesn’t always work across a range of mobile devices.
