Log Suppressed Email Attempts in Activity Logs

I find it challenging that the Activity Log doesn't show any record of email attempts that are suppressed due to being on the suppression list. It would be beneficial if these failed attempts were logged, so we can understand when and why they are not working. This would aid in debugging and allow us to take necessary actions based on the logs.

I need a way to know when emails marked as delivered are actually not received by the recipient. This information is crucial for business operations, and it would be helpful if this data could be displayed on the dashboard, as it is currently only available through manual log checks.
