Reputation by Domain
planned
The customer wants the reputation status to affect a specific domain that has the issue and not the general account. They plan on adding more domains and if this happens due to one of the domain, the whole account will be affected.
For context: they were recently flagged for an unsubscribe rate of 0.81 and they asked about this.

Leniency for agencies and pausing just the problematic domain rather than the whole account
C
Collective Mole
Agencies manage a lot of clients under a single account.
When one of the domains in the account get flagged for review, the whole account's functionality gets blocked and important emails can't get sent.
The way it is currently can put agencies in a difficult position, as all of the domains will stop sending due to one isolated issue.

Thanks for sharing this perspective, Collective Mole — really helpful feedback, especially for agency setups managing multiple domains under one account. We’ll take a closer look at the idea of pausing only the flagged domain instead of blocking the entire account, and we’ll get back to you once we have an update.

Individual SMTP Accounts for Each Email
K
Kumquat Stork
I need the ability to create individual SMTP accounts for each of my email addresses. This would allow me to manage each account separately, with its own SMTP credentials, including account, password, server, and port. This feature would be particularly useful as I manage over 50 email accounts.

Sub-account feature for managing multiple clients

As a new marketing agency managing multiple clients, I find it cumbersome to create separate accounts for each client. It would be beneficial to have a sub-account feature that allows me to manage all my clients under one main account, similar to other email services. This would streamline the process and make account management more efficient.

Sub-account feature for multi-tenant SaaS
F
Fancy Sawfish
As a multi-tenant SaaS product company, we need a sub-account feature similar to SendInBlue's. This would allow us to manage multiple customer accounts under one main account, ensuring that if one customer sends spam, it doesn't affect others. This feature would help us maintain separate sending reputations and manage accounts more efficiently without requiring each customer to create and manage their own account.

Domain-specific account blocking

If a security issue arises with one domain, I would like the ability to block only that specific domain instead of the entire account. This would help minimize disruption to other domains and avoid unnecessary explanations to customers about unsent emails.
