Unambiguous date display

MailerSend displays dates in a manner that can be ambiguous or misleading due to differences in date structure around the world. For instance, within the Activity screen, there is date displayed to me right now as 03/08/2026. In the United States this means 8 Mar 2026. In Australia this means 3 Aug 2026. The fix is easy .. wherever a date displays, display the month in letters, eg. 8 Mar 2026.

I see the change, and the improvement!! Terrific, makes it much easier to digest at a glance. Hopefully longer month names will fit ... you could always use 3-letter abbreviations, ie. Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr etc.
Thank you for listening.

Hi Agathe. Sure, I did change the date format. However some dates do still display ambiguously. For an example, see attached.
Also, I clicked Reply immediately beneath your last comment (ending "Regionals setting section:" however the UI does allow me to type into the relevant field.

Hello Steven! You can change the date format by going to Settings and then to the Regional settings section:

Thanks for flagging this, Nearby Ladybug — totally fair point. Date formats like 03/08/2026 can definitely be interpreted differently depending on locale, especially in areas like the Activity screen. I’ve shared this with the team so they can review improving the date display (e.g., using month names like “8 Mar 2026”), and we’ll follow up once we have an update.
