We have a custom tracking domain configured for our sending domain. Click-tracking links in outgoing email correctly use the custom domain but the open-tracking pixel in the same email still uses the default MailerSend domain. From a deliverability standpoint this is a problem — the open pixel's host no longer aligns with our authenticated sending domain / DKIM and spam filters flag the mismatch. We expected the custom tracking domain to cover both clicks and opens. Can we get a separate setting to route the open-tracking pixel through the custom tracking domain as well?

We are asking for this feature so that we can fetch tags for multiple message IDs in one request instead of calling GET /v1/messages/{id} for every message. This would help a lot with reliable high-volume sending and webhook processing.

In the activity endpoint to retrieve all activities, it could be helpful to add TAGS as a filter: https://developers.mailersend.com/api/v1/activity.html#get-a-list-of-activities This is helpful if I want to get all activities that have the event sent and a specific tag. Similar to the Analytics endpoint.

MailerLite, our sister company is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022, but MailerSend is not yet certified. We'd like to track the number of requests for MailerSend to be certified.

When checking the API & SMTP logs page, at the moment you can only select one Method, Token, and Code. There should be a multiselect option and if possible, a way to quickly know which domain you're looking at.

Users who cannot pay via credit card would like to pay via invoices and bank transfers.

Allow smtp users to be restricted by domain so that one smtp account cannot be used to send mail from domains on the account.

Anywhere where MailerSend's website talks currency, inclusion of ISO 4217 3-letter currency code would eliminate ambiguity, example assuming AUD when the pricing is in fact USD.

With previous mailing services we’ve had the ability to enable link tracking (where raw links are rewritten to allow for tracking clicks) on a per-email basis. We noticed that in MailerSend this is an account-level setting. This means that we can’t enable link tracking for email 1, and then disable it for email 2. Can you confirm that our understanding is correct (that link tracking is an account-level setting and not a per-email setting)? For more context: We generally disable link tracking on emails which have a mobile deep-link in them (which opens our product mobile app when tapped). We’ve found that with link tracking enabled deep-linking doesn’t always work across a range of mobile devices.
