Feature Requests

We want to be able to see email content when exporting Activity data, as at the moment we cannot analyse the text to understand what our customers are enquiring. We are not looking to export names, dates, personal details. Just what kind of questions they are submitting, so we can tailor our service.

It can get time consuming to process monthly payments for the data retention add-on so having the option to pay yearly would be great.

I find it challenging that the Activity Log doesn't show any record of email attempts that are suppressed due to being on the suppression list. It would be beneficial if these failed attempts were logged, so we can understand when and why they are not working. This would aid in debugging and allow us to take necessary actions based on the logs.

The activity page appears to only let you filter for tags one at a time. It would be great if there were an option to filter for multiple tags. it would be a logical feature to implement, because when setting the tags and sending it via the API it expects an array of string tags, and not only a string.

Searching would be much easier if we didn't have to enter the full email address or field data to look for specific recipients.

I would like the ability to resend emails directly from the Email Activity view. Sometimes users report not receiving an email, and it would be helpful to search the email activity history and resend the email in question. This feature would streamline the process and improve user satisfaction.

I would like the Activity Screen to display the sender's address along with the recipient and other details. This would make it easier to track and manage emails without having to open each individual email event.

It would be helpful to have information about the retention period of activity logs displayed directly in the activity tab. This would provide immediate clarity on how long data is retained, without needing to refer to external resources or documentation.

We have automated processes that send files to B2B clients, and it's crucial to track what was sent. In Gmail, we could see the attachments in the Activity log, but this feature is missing in Mailersend. It would be beneficial to include attachments in the Activity log to monitor sent files and address any issues reported by clients.
